In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, performing quality checks, packaging products, operating equipment, and supporting production goals in a friendly and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings to complete work orders
- Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform assembly, packaging, and labeling of products per specifications
- Conduct quality control inspections and document findings
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report malfunctions
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Enter data into production logs or computer systems as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred
- Basic mechanical or technical aptitude
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, diagrams, or work instructions
- Computer literate
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Physically capable of standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), and working in a manufacturing setting
