Our precision gas blending maintains food freshness and extends shelf-life

Gas Blending accuracy is critical to the longevity of your fresh food products

McDanim’s proprietary Trumix® gas blending technology provides unparalleled accuracy for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) food applications. We have vast experience mixing traditional MAP gases such as nitrogen (N2), oxygen (O2) and carbon dioxide (CO2) for fresh foods.

Trumix® blenders can also provide FDA recognized “Generally Recognized as Safe” (GRAS) sub-4000 ppm CO mixtures for protein packaging, eliminating the need for expensive premixed high-pressure cylinders.
