Our precision gas blending maintains food freshness and extends shelf-life
Gas Blending accuracy is critical to the longevity of your fresh food products
McDantim’s proprietary Trumix® gas blending technology provides unparalleled accuracy for Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) food applications. We have vast experience mixing traditional MAP gases such as nitrogen (N₂), oxygen (O₂) and carbon dioxide (CO₂) for fresh foods.
Trumix® blenders can also provide FDA recognized “Generally Recognized as Safe” (GRAS) sub-4000 ppm CO mixtures for protein packaging, eliminating the need for expensive premixed high-pressure cylinders.
