The unique design of the valve is such that, provided the supply gas pressure remains constant, a consistently accurate flow of gas can be maintained when the downstream pressure changes. A typical example would be when filling a large buffer tank or a pipe work system, especially from a Nitrogen separation system.
• Ensure all connecting pipe work is free from debris before installing the valve.
• Mount using the holes provided in the unit if not connected to rigid pipe work.
• Do not attempt to dismantle this valve – specialist tooling is required for safe disassembly and reassembly.
• This valve is not suitable for use with O2 concentrations greater than 25%
